UltrasonographyUltrasound in the hands of a skilled operator is a useful non-invasive mode of diagnostic imaging. Dr. Brendan Gammeter has undertaken further study in ultrasonography and we will often refer cases to him that we think would benefit from this diagnostic modality. Often sedation is not required which can be a huge advantage for older patients, or for those that are weak through illness. Ultrasound can also be used to diagnose pregnancy from 25 days post mating.
